Finally, the time has arrived—the nCenter will be opening its doors on June 1st! Our staff hopes to do everything in their power to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable upon your return, so we will be implementing a few changes.

These changes include having both the staff and clients wear a face shield during counseling and neurofeedback appointments—these will be provided along with disposable masks if you haven’t already made a stylish one yourself. Additionally, neurofeedback technicians will be wearing rubber gloves while administering neurofeedback protocols and brain maps, and technicians and counselors will be thoroughly sanitizing the rooms and equipment between each client. In order to reduce the number of people in our waiting area, we will also ask that clients wait in their car prior to appointments; we will give you a call when it is time for you to come in. We are thrilled to see you again and hear all about any new hobbies or indoor endeavors you may have had while you were away.

Of course, we will still be offering online services for those who do not wish to come into the office. Thank you for your continued patience and consideration during these unprecedented times—we are all in this together!
