Specialized Therapy for Teens and Adolescents
Navigating the Teenage Years with Guidance and Support
The teenage years are a time of significant transition, and these changes can often feel overwhelming. If your teen is struggling with negative thoughts, anxiety, or stress, it can be difficult you to know where to turn.
With the pressures of high school, social expectations, peer relationships, and major life decisions, it’s easy for teens to feel lost. Sometimes, excessive worrying, comparing themselves to others, or obsessing over things outside their control can lead to a cycle of shame and self-doubt.
At the nCenter, we provide compassionate counseling to help teens navigate these challenges, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Meet Our Teen Counselors
At the nCenter, our therapists create a judgment-free, supportive space where teens can express themselves openly. There are no intimidating offices, no laying on a couch, and no clinical note-taking while talking—just real conversations and practical solutions.
Our Teen Counseling Team:
Christalie Kuglin (Bozeman): An engaging counselor trained in EMDR therapy to help with trauma and emotional healing.
Suzanne Panique (Kalispell & Virtual): A compassionate counselor trained in CBT therapy, offering both in-person and virtual sessions for flexibility.
Both Christalie and Suzanne work collaboratively with teens to help them build resilience, develop independence, and tackle academic, social, and emotional challenges.
Comprehensive Support for Your Teen
If body image or eating concerns are part of your teen’s struggles, our functional medicine nutritionist, Candice Vann, can provide additional support. By integrating counseling with nutritional guidance, we offer a holistic approach to healing.
At the nCenter, we also provide neurostimulation and neurofeedback therapy, which can be an effective tool for emotional regulation, focus, and anxiety management.
Is Your Teen Struggling?
Signs your teen may benefit from counseling:
