If you have more than one insurance plan, we must know which is primary in order to submit claims. Please bring any cards with you to ensure correct claims submission.
Payment Plan and Collections
The nCenter wants to work with clients to make healthcare affordable and accessible. It’s important that you contact the Billing staff right away if you have questions or concerns about a balance or fulfilling payment obligations. Please call Medical RCM Services at (833) 865-8273 or by email billing@medicalrcm.net for billing questions.
It’s also important that you quickly notify us with any change of address or contact information, even if your mail is being forwarded. We need to be able to reach you with balance information.
