I am a Social Worker License Candidate (SWLC) with a Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University. I support clients from all backgrounds in learning their worth, empowering their voices, and strengthening their relationships. I am here to challenge the stigma that feelings equal weakness with the intention of reducing shame in seeking mental health treatment. I’m a proud member of the LGBTQA+ community and practice gender-affirming care with a feminist lens. Throughout my undergraduate degree in social work, I became passionate about advocacy for abused and neglected children and completed an internship with GAL/CASA. I also volunteered for GAL/CASA as a child advocate in court and completed an internship with a foster care agency helping clients build skills and relationships through Collaborative Problem Solving.
In 2019, I moved to Bozeman, MT and since then I have worked as an outpatient therapist serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I provide individual and family therapy using a person-centered approach. It is an honor to witness my clients reclaim their voices and stories, find comfort in vulnerability, and celebrate their growth in healing. I have participated in trainings for Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Being born and raised in Germany by a Polish family and spending my teenage/young adult years in North Carolina has allowed me to be fluent in German, Polish, and English. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks/hikes with my dog, creating fluid art, dancing, and seeing live music. Working with me, you are working with someone who will embody integrity, playfulness, and curiosity. I am committed to my own self-awareness in and outside the therapy office and welcome your feedback in sessions.
