The nCenter has an in-house Registered Dietitian that provides nutrition counseling in Bozeman to educate and support clients with a variety of nutrition related health concerns.
Nutrition is defined here as “the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It includes food intake, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion”.
Basically, it is the study of the foods we take in and how the food is utilized for our body, our health and overall well-being.
